Responsibilities:
- Direct contact with clients, ensuring timely order submissions and prompt responses to client requests and issues.
- Regularly checks customer portals and generates orders in the MRP system.
- Works with the planner-buyer to fulfill orders or negotiate changes with customers.
- Monitors and coordinates customer shipments (ASNs) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Reviews and monitors customer scorecards (OTD – On-Time Delivery).
- Assists with the review of customer payments (accounts receivable, packings, invoices).
- Handles customer questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Continuously responds to email (internet), correspondence, calls, and customer portal inquiries.
- Inputs orders and forecasts into the MRP system.
- Regularly verifies sales prices in the MRP system.
- Expedites urgent or delayed orders and communicates new delivery dates to customers.
- Ensures that sales commitments (goals/objectives) are met through accurate forecasting and STL.
- Supports ECN implementations by creating sales orders, scheduling, and following up on new product introductions and transfers.
- Participates in all Asaichi meetings.
- Requests special imports from the Import/Export Coordinator when needed.
- Supports the Purchasing Manager in monthly STL preparation.
- Maintains direct contact with customers to obtain shipping instructions and shares this information with the shipping team
- Bachelor’s Degree related to role and industry. (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Systems).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer interaction/support.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Willingness to travel (will need a Laser Visa).
- Educación Universitaria relacionada con la posición de trabajo (Licenciatura/Ingeniería Industrial/ Administración/Sistemas Computacionales)
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en interacción con el cliente/soporte
- Bilingüe
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Project, Power Point, Excell, Word, etc.)
- Disposición a viajar (contar con Visa Láser)
- Contacto directo con los Clientes, garantizando él envió de órdenes a tiempo y las solicitudes sean respondidas y resueltas de manera oportuna.
- Consulta regularmente los portales de nuestros clientes y genera ordenes en el sistema de MRP.
- En equipo con el planeador comprador planea el cumplimiento de ordenes o negocia cambios con los clientes.
- Monitorea y coordina los embarques a cliente (ASNs) para asegurarse de una entrega a tiempo.
- Revisa y monitorea las score cards de nuestros clientes (OTD).
- Asiste en la revisión de pagos de nuestros clientes. (Account recivables, packings, invoices)
- Maneja preguntas y/o quejas de nuestros clientes de una manera profesional y amable.
- Responde de una manera continua a requerimientos vía email (internet), correspondencia, llamadas, portal de nuestros clientes.
- Alimenta el sistema de MRP con órdenes y forecast.
- Verifica regularmente los preciso de venta en el sistema de MRP.
- Expedita las ordenes urgentes o atrasadas y comunica las fechas nuevas de entrega a los clientes.
- Asegurarse que los compromisos de ventas (Metas/objetivos) se cumplan mediante un buen pronóstico y STL.
- Soporte en las implementaciones de ECN. Creación de órdenes de venta, programar y dar seguimiento a la introducción de nuevos productos y transferencias.
- Participar en todas las juntas de Asaichi.
- Solicita importaciones especiales al Coordinador de Import/export cuando sea necesario.
- Apoyar al Gerente de compras en la preparación mensual del STL.
- Contacto directo con cliente para obtener instrucciones de envío para compartir información con el equipo de embarques.
