Job Description
Perform different electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks to support developmental requirements in pre-production projects. Work from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components. May perform rework and quality testing. Work typically includes interaction with development or manufacturing engineering personnel.

Job Description
Perform different electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks to support developmental requirements in pre-production projects. Work from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components. May perform rework and quality testing. Work typically includes interaction with development or manufacturing engineering personnel.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform different electronic or electromechanical assembly tasks to support development.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in their work area or with the machinery used.
- Work from rough sketches, blueprints, and oral instructions to build assemblies, subassemblies, and development components.
- Identify and correct issues during initial assembly or testing, ensuring the product meets quality standards (Rework).
- Accomplish activities to achieve Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental goals.
- Report any issues with equipment, tools, materials, or processes to the group leader or supervisor.
- Must attend training courses and seminars related to ISO 9001 and 14000 standards.
- Complete the required basic training.
- Can locate visual aids and applicable procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment correctly.
- Education: Completed High School Diploma.
- Experience: At least 6 months of prior experience.
- Training: Must complete and pass general company training and area-specific training.
- Follow precise instructions and ensure assembly.
- Familiarity with wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
- Manual dexterity: Skill in handling tools and assembling small components.
- Commitment to meeting production standards and continuous improvement.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
