The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Manager and AMZL Operations team. Job Requirements
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Coordinating and making travel arrangements
- Creating presentation using graphics
- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our AMZL Staff
- Supporting team during meetings to enhance and improve process
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings
- Strong background of administrative, secretarial support or other management
- 1+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles
- 1+ years of experience managing travel reservations
