Process Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify the Risky conditions and coordinate the corrective/preventive action at site
• Developing, documenting, deploying and implementing manufacturing & Engineering procedures.
• Measuring and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure the Product´s quality.
• Measuring and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure and improve the lines efficiency and productivity.
• Improve the processes to achieve Lean principles and cost reduction goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Out of Control Action Plans to have robust process control.
• Migrate from Lagging indicators to Leading indicator in plant, taking as basis OEE, PPH, Scrap, Smed, Kaizen, Poka Yokes.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Engineer Degree
• 3 to 5 years’ experience on similar position on automotive industry
• Knowledge on core tools, ISO 9001, IATF and ISO 14001
• English Language fluent
• Experience on manufacturing process like stamping, grinding, assembly, powder paint, welding, urethane potting.

• Master degree on Engineering related specialty
• Knowledge on Lean Technics
• Statistical process control
