infrastructure and Helpdesk support.

Authority to report risks regarding OH&S concerns.

 Provide desktop support

 Install/Manage desktop hardware and software for

KEMX

 Minimize downtime of desktop systems

 Manage network cabling and switches

 Repair/Upgrade PCs

 Repair/Upgrade printers

 Maintain software / hardware list

 Troubleshoot hardware & software.

 Support manufacturing applications developed by our

local team.

 Comply with all Safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)

and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
