Delivery Manager & Scrum Master

WE ARE LOOKING FOR DELIVERY MANAGER & SCRUM MASTER¡HeyDonto is seeking an experiencedDelivery Manager & Scrum Masterto guide and support multiple cross-functional teams in delivering world-class dental tech solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery across four specialized teams:API & Dashboard Team (TypeScript, Node.js, React)

Synchronizer Team (Python, Windows-based software integrations, EHR systems)

AI & Data Team (Data engineering, Knowledge Graphs, LLMs, Kafka)

(And an additional team if applicable—e.g., QA / Infrastructure / Principal Engineering projects)You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of complex features, maintain process efficiencies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a critical leadership role for someone who excels at coordinating large-scale, innovative software projects in a fast-growing environment.Key Responsibilities

Agile Methodology & Scrum Mastering

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies(Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) for multiple teams.

Protect the teams' sprint goals , removing blockers and ensuring a smooth, iterative delivery process.

Coach team memberson Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with HeyDonto's processes and values.

Cross-Functional Delivery Management

Oversee project timelinesand coordinate dependencies across the API & Dashboard, Synchronizer, and AI/Data teams.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leadsto break down epics and user stories into actionable tasks, aligning on scope and priorities.

Manage riskby proactively identifying potential delivery challenges, implementing mitigation strategies, and communicating updates to leadership.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Review and refineagile processes, sprint metrics, and delivery frameworks to optimize flow and output quality.

Drive retrospective insightsinto actionable improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and team collaboration.

Champion a cultureof learning, collaboration, and continuous enhancement across all delivery teams.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Maintain clear, consistent communicationwith internal stakeholders (Engineering Managers, Product Owners, HR, etc.)

regarding project statuses, challenges, and timelines.

Prepare and deliverprogress reports, KPI dashboards, and risk assessments for executive leadership.

Serve as a liaisonbetween technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complexities into clear, concise updates and action items.

Team Building & Culture

Foster a positive team environment , ensuring that engineers, data scientists, and QA testers can collaborate effectively and share knowledge.

Onboard and mentor team members , particularly around Agile practices, time management, and cross-team communication.

Support professional development , guiding individuals toward resources and opportunities that enhance their skills and align with HeyDonto's goals.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical & Delivery Expertise

Proven experience(5+ years) in a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role overseeing multiple agile software teams.

Solid understandingof software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Familiarity with modern tech stackssuch as TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)—enough to understand project complexity and communicate technical items effectively.

Experience in coordinatinglarge-scale projects involving microservices, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines (Kafka, FHIR, EHR integrations, etc.).

Agile Process Mastery

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalentstrongly preferred.

Expertise in Jira/Confluenceor similar tools for backlog management, sprint tracking, and documentation.

Proven track recordof improving agile maturity, velocity, and product quality across multiple teams.

Leadership & Communication

Exceptional communication skills : adept at coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, presenting updates to executives, and coaching teams on agile values.

Conflict resolution and problem-solving : skilled at navigating team dynamics, mitigating project risks, and driving alignment in fast-paced settings.

Organizational & Planning

Strong organizational abilities : capable of managing multiple project backlogs, timelines, and interdependencies concurrently.
