Senior Full-Stack Engineer [Api & Dashboard]

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, FULL-STACK PRINCIPAL ENGINEER¡Position Overview

We're seeking aFull-Stack Principal Engineerto design and implement cutting-edge, scalable systems and services.

In this role, you will oversee complex front-end and back-end projects, define technical roadmaps, and mentor engineering teams.

Your work will directly shape the future of dental care, impacting millions of patients and practices.Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

Oversee delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects to ensure quality and timeliness.

Architect resilient, scalable microservices with a focus on performance and security.

Mentor and guide engineering teams through code reviews and best practices.

Align technical initiatives with HeyDonto's broader business goals.System & Infrastructure Architecture

Implement containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for highly available, performant systems; experience with Google Cloud Healthcare API and FHIR API is a plus.

Design event-driven architectures with Kafka; optimize topics and clusters for scalability.

Utilize Temporal workflows (or similar orchestration frameworks) to build reliable, maintainable microservices.

Ensure secure API design (OAuth, data protection best practices).

Maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient, reliable deployments.Full-Stack Development

Develop intuitive, responsive front-end features using React (or similar).

Build robust back-end services with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.

Optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability.

Follow TDD principles and modern tooling to ensure high code quality.Collaboration & Communication

Partner with Product, QA, and other teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.

Communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Lead onboarding efforts and cultivate a culture of inclusion, continuous learning, and innovation.Qualifications

Senior-Level Experience:Proven track record leading large-scale, complex engineering initiatives.

Deep Technical Expertise:GCP, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Node.js, NestJS, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

Workflow Orchestration:Familiarity withTemporal workflows(or similar technologies like Cadence) is highly desirable.

Architecture & Design:Background in system design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Security & Compliance:Familiarity with secure API design, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks.

CI/CD:Proficiency in designing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines.Hiring Details:
