- Conducts market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry includes annual survey submissions
- Assists in the design and implementation of compensation structures, including salary bands, incentives, and bonuses.
- Collaborates with HR and department heads to review and approve salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus recommendations for individual contributor level positions.
- Supports Manager, Global Total Rewards with cyclical compensation processes such as Merit, Annual bonus, Salary
- Planning etc.
- Conducts regular compensation audits to ensure equity and compliance with legal regulations.
- Collaborate with the Analyst, HRIS to conduct data integrity audits in E-people
- Maintains job architecture and position automation in E-people system ensuring job grades/pay scales assigned to job are accurate
- Utilizes E-people (UKG) and other data sources to collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and trends.
- Conducts deep-dive analytics to identify insights and patterns in employee data that can inform HR strategies and decision-making
- Responds to ad hoc data requests from various stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all ad hoc reports.
