  • Lead the soft skills programs and follow up the develop for our employees across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement organizational architecture to ensure structures that drive efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth.
  • Redesign organizational structures to foster productivity, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and apply competency development methodologies with regional impact, strengthening talent pipelines and critical capabilities.

What makes you great

  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in competency frameworks, change management, and talent development strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, structural modeling, and cultural transformation.
  • Regional experience (Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean) and multicultural team management is highly desirable.
  • Charismatic personality and strong executive presence.
  • Ability to inspire trust and build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively offers effective and practical solutions to challenges.
  • Results-oriented and committed to driving business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
