What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team with global HR communications and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- HR/Real Estate Communication Process:
- Provide Tier 1 support to internal stakeholders for communication requests and general inquiries.
- Escalate inquiries to management or appropriate resources as needed.
- Maintain and update team trackers, communication planners, forms, metrics, and process documentation.
- Run reports to perform internal audits and identify process efficiencies.
- Keep stakeholders informed on communication status via multiple channels (My Connect, Teams, Planners, meetings, etc.).
- Create communications using Poppulo.
- Collect and organize content for global monthly and recurring communications.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Compile data from multiple systems to create monthly global scorecards and metrics in PowerPoint that is provided to global leadership.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously define and implement process improvements focused on standardization for HR programs and initiatives.
- Ensure regional alignment with a global approach.
- Stakeholder Support:
- Provide guidance and support to global stakeholders, addressing their needs and responding effectively.
- Project Participation:
- Contribute to various process improvement projects and tasks as needed.
We’re seeking a self-motivated professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Entry-level HR operations experience and knowledge.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (Resumes must be submitted in English).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with HR teams to execute critical initiatives.
- Analytical skills to identify and resolve issues from partial or conflicting data.
- Familiarity with systems like ServiceNow, Workday, and Poppulo (or similar platforms).
- Experience working on or with a global team.
- Experience working with a remote manager.
- Prior experience preparing clear and concise documents, emails, and communications.
