As a Inventory Analyst - IDC Operations you will collaborate closely with the IDC Operations Coordinator and Manager at our 3PL partner's Cuautitlán Izcalli facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the optimal management of inventory levels, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of L'Oréal's supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills, contribute to innovative solutions, and make a tangible impact on the business while contributing to our broader purpose of creating sustainable and inclusive beauty.

A Day In The Life
As a Inventory Analyst - IDC Operations you will collaborate closely with the IDC Operations Coordinator and Manager at our 3PL partner's Cuautitlán Izcalli facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the optimal management of inventory levels, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of L'Oréal's supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills, contribute to innovative solutions, and make a tangible impact on the business while contributing to our broader purpose of creating sustainable and inclusive beauty.
- Inventory Management & Optimization: Lead and supervise inventory management processes, ensuring adequate product availability while minimizing obsolescence and maximizing turnover. This includes analyzing data to identify trends, predict demand, and optimize stock levels.
- Cost Reduction & Supply Chain Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and optimize supply chain processes. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, turnover, and obsolescence. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize inventory management processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. This includes proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with the Supply Chain Senior Manager, Coordinator, and other analysts to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
