With a decentralized and entrepreneurial culture, we value speed, accountability, and continuous improvement.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior NPI Engineer to join our engineering team with solid experience in successful launch of new product lines ensuring the design, validation and successful transition to mass production while comply with the highest safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep experience in product development, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Project manager, Product engineer, Quality and material teams.Translate customer requirements into manufacturable product solutions.Drive cost optimization initiatives.Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using tools like MS Project or equivalent.Conduct and support PFMEA, IQ, OQ, PQ, pilot builds, and first article inspections.Interface with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure readiness and ramp-up execution.Own the creation of technical documentation: Process Flow, Standard Operation Procedures, control plan and Product Hisotry Record.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Master's preferred.4+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the interconnect, electronics, or low-mix/high-volume sectors.Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, manufacturing principles, and quality systems.Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.VISA Required.National passport.This position requires regular travel within the region/nationally/internationally.Submit your resume and a brief cover letter through via email ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
