• Analizar, mejorar y rediseñar procesos productivos para maximizar uso de recursos y reducir costos.
• Impulsar el desarrollo de nuevos procesos o formas de trabajar que permitan optimizar la producción y maximizar los recursos disponibles.
• Interpretar los resultados financieros y conectar el impacto de los procesos productivos y oportunidades de mejora con esos resultados.
• Fomentar la generación de ideas nuevas disruptivas que puedan ser implementadas en la planta y cuantificar su impacto financiero.
• Realizar análisis financieros complejos de procesos productivos y presentar recomendaciones claras y concisas para una mejor toma de decisiones.
• Realizar evaluaciones de proyectos de Inversión (VPN, Payback, ROI, etc.).
• Investigación de nuevas herramientas, equipos, operaciones, etc. evaluación de su viabilidad técnica y financiera y coordinación de su implementación.
• Monitoreo de resultados obtenidos de las implementaciones realizadas, para asegurarse de que los cambios cumplen con los estándares de calidad, eficiencia y costos esperados.
• Trabajar en equipo con diferentes áreas para planificar y ejecutar proyectos de ingeniería y mejora de procesos.
• Cuantificar y valorizar las pérdidas productivas (Análisis de Pérdidas) y proponer oportunidades de trabajar con ellas.
• Garantizar cumplimiento en tiempo y forma del CAPEX aprobado para las inversiones de mejora.
• Cumplir con las disposiciones de Manejo Integral de residuos, manejo de sustancias químicas peligrosas, repuesta a emergencias e identificar
• los aspectos e impactos ambientales del área.
• Cumplir con los prerrequisitos operativos de inocuidad aplicables al área, así como las disposiciones al personal que regulan las prácticas
• obligatorias que de forma directa o indirecta pueden afectar la higiene, salubridad y calidad del producto.
• Cumplir con los controles operacionales o administrativos asociados a los peligros identificados y evaluados de las actividades y/u operaciones
• del puesto así como reportar situaciones inseguras de los mismos.
  
  

Requisitos:

Licenciatura Terminada

Experiencia y conocimientos previos en mejora de procesos

Experiencia en un rol productivo

Experiencia análisis financieros/finanzas

Herramientas de excelencia Operacional

Conocimiento en Procesos Productivos
