Contador - Bilingual Accountant – SAP – SLP

We\'re Hiring: Bilingual Public Accountant (SAP Expert)
Location: San Luis Potosí, Mexico

Must-Have Requirements (Non-negotiable):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting (with professional license and certificate).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory, will be tested.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules).
• At least 3 years of experience in general accounting in medium or large companies.
• Solid knowledge of taxes, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. General Accounting & Month-End Close
o Record journal entries, provisions, and reconciliations using SAP.
2. Accounts Payable Management
o Invoice validation, payment scheduling, and control of vendor advances.
3. Accounts Receivable Management
o Invoicing, collection follow-up, and reconciliation of customer balances.
4. Tax Calculation and Filing
o Timely calculation and submission of VAT, ISR, withholdings, DIOT, and monthly tax returns.
5. Bank Reconciliations & Account Analysis
o Ensure financial accuracy and prepare reports for audits and internal reviews.
