This Position Reports To

This role is contributing to the Electrifications Smart Building Factory in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.

This role is contributing to the Electrifications Smart Building Factory in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Report HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders, taking appropriate actions.
- Facilitate and guide incident investigations to identify better risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide feedback to management and employees on lessons learned and best practices within the unit and across ABB.
- Support and drive behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific HSE improvement programs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles.
- Knowledge of HSE management systems (ISO 14001, 45001, 50001, 9000) and applicable legislation (NOMs STPS, SEMARNAT).
- Experience as a lead or internal auditor for HSE standards.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, or data management tools is plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
