General Description

  • Knows how to utilize the power of SNOW platform to bring the best from IT service management principles to improve and integrate business processes throughout the entire organization.
  • Understanding of creating automated, digitized workflows, Enterprise Service Management on SNOW.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow implementation approach
  • Helped to design and deploy a digital service integration and management solution that delivers a unified digital marketplace and ensures all providers, technologies and capabilities are aligned and effective.
  • People management, development & succession planning.

Responsibilities

  • Creation/review/adoption/improvements of framework (policies, processes, guidelines, checklists, templates, baselines, metrics, reports, etc.) required for expansion/ solutioning/ delivery of own portfolio.
  • Manage budgets & forecasts, drives revenue growth, improves margins on the portfolio
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, contribute towards winning solutions including solution sign-offs in own area/business
