Activities
Manage the production budget and stay within its limits.
Inform cast members of call times and any schedule changes.
Organize catering for shoots and contact necessary vendors to ensure food availability.
Oversee cleanliness of set, facilities and general preparation for shoots.
Collaborate with various staff members to ensure that security, janitors and technicians are on set and performing their duties as assigned.
Answer and correspond to phone calls and other mail.
Order inventory as needed to stock up.
Direct production assistants and assign daily duties.
Coordinate and plan daily production activities with management.
Oversee and manage production schedules.
Provide administrative assistance when necessary.
Prepare and review internal website documentation for management and production staff.
Requirements
University degree & MBA engineer, production or related field
8 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
Domain IATF 16949.
Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet established objectives.
Supervise production personnel, ensuring proper training and performance.
Control the use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste.
Experience with Costumers GM - Stellanits - Tesla
Fluent in English written and reading (Level C1).
