Activities
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demand.
Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any problems that may arise.
Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and implement necessary corrective actions.
Ensure equipment and machinery is maintained and functioning properly to avoid downtime and production delays.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials needed for production.
Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Collaborate with management to set production objectives and establish goals for the production team.
Analyze production data and reports to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Requirements
University degree engineer, production or related field
5 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
Domain IATF 16949, ISOs 9000
Organizational and leadership skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Problem solving skills
Fluent English spoken, written and reading (Level C1).
Experience with Costumers GM - Stellanits - Tesla.
