About The Role

This isn’t your typical Financial Analyst position. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves, navigate ambiguity, and help build smarter ways of working through data. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to connect the dots between performance, operations, and strategy. Whether it’s crafting a dashboard, deep-diving into business unit results, or supporting leadership with forecasts and recommendations, your insights will directly shape the way we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Transform raw data into actionable insights using tools like D365, Power BI, Adaptive, and Excel
• Track and assess performance at the business unit level — budgets, forecasts, variances, and everything in between
• Build clean, useful reports and dashboards that help us measure what matters
• Collaborate across teams to support strategic projects, tech implementations, and market analysis
• Lead monthly close analysis, forecast discussions, and identify key takeaways leadership can act on
• Develop tools and models that help others self-serve and make better decisions faster
• Stay ahead of market trends and economic shifts — and help us understand what they mean for us
• Jump into projects that need a mix of structure, curiosity, and problem-solving
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or analytical role — or the equivalent in learning speed and grit
• Strong with data tools (Power BI, Excel, Adaptive, D365, AX, or similar)
• Fluent in financial logic — can break down P&Ls, build models, and explain numbers to non-finance folks
• Curious and confident communicator — you’re not afraid to ask questions or tell the story behind the numbers
• Comfortable in ambiguity, quick to figure things out, and eager to learn
• Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, or agriculture is a plus, but not a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
