OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
- Proporcionar atención oportuna a la llegada y salida de huéspedes, llevando a cabo los registros correspondientes para la operación del área y cumpliendo con los estándares de servicio de Hospitalidad.
- Llevar a cabo el proceso de recepción, registro, asignación de habitaciones y salida de los huéspedes de la Casona y Hacienda de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Atender con eficiencia y amabilidad a los huéspedes, resolver las dudas o quejas para asegurar su atención y satisfacción; canalizar a jefe inmediato en caso de ser necesario.
- Realizar reportes de llegadas y salidas, así como registro de relevantes de la operación de recepción en bitácora para información del jefe inmediato y de la Gerencia.
- Atender apropiadamente a los huéspedes que requieran servicio en café; registrar y reportar al jefe inmediato los consumos y requerimientos.
- Contestar llamadas telefónicas proporcionando información de utilidad para los huéspedes Casona y Hacienda.
- Comunicar oportunamente los requerimientos especiales de huéspedes a su jefe inmediato para su solución y seguimiento.
- Reportar a su supervisor cualquier anomalía, discrepancia de estándares o pendiente de mantenimiento en el formato de check list para su seguimiento y solución.
- Monitorear que los materiales, insumos y equipos necesarios para la operación se encuentren en buen estado y sean suficientes, reportar faltantes y requerimientos a su jefe inmediato.
- Cumplir con los controles operacionales o administrativos asociados a los peligros identificados y evaluados de las actividades y/u operaciones del puesto, así como reportar situaciones inseguras de los mismos.
- Preparatoria terminada.
- Licenciatura Terminada (Deseable).
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en servicio al cliente.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Hotelería.
- Microsoft Office: (Excel y Word).
- Conocimiento de software de administración de hotelería.
- Conocimiento de software de administración de llaves.
- Inglés avanzado.
