We are looking for a dynamic Data Steward & Analyst to become a vital part of our vibrant Data Acquisition & Analysis team, working Hybrid out of Guadalajara, Mexico. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum!

This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As a Data Steward & Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, clean, and reliable data across our systems. This hybrid role starts with a focus on data cleanup, standardization, and validation before evolving into a full-time data analyst position. You will grow your technical and analytical skills while driving improvements across core business datasets.

Insight on your impact:

  • Monitor and clean core data (e.g., part master, customer, supplier) for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist in the implementation of validation logic and standardization processes for key data fields.
  • Analyze and flag data anomalies, duplicates, or formatting issues using SQL, Excel, or internal tools.
  • Collaborate with data entry, IT, and product stakeholders to improve the flow and structure of information.
  • Help build reporting dashboards to visualize data quality KPIs and project progress.
  • Document rules, mappings, and changes in data governance playbooks.
  • Gradually transition into deeper analytics tasks including data exploration, customer segmentation, and trend identification.

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • E1–3 years working with structured data, ideally in QA, analytics, or business operations.
  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets capabilities (formulas, pivots, lookups).
  • Exposure to SQL or other query languages and willingness to grow technically.
  • Strong attention to detail with a mindset for finding and fixing errors.
  • Excellent communication and documentation habits for cross-team collaboration.
  • Desire to transition into a full-time Data Analyst role within 12–18 months.

Preferred skills and technical familiarity:

Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboarding platforms.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Netsuite
  • Understanding of part taxonomy, product data, or electronic component lifecycle.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or scripting for automation is a plus.
  • Interest in data modeling, forecasting, or customer segmentation.
