- Supervise recruiters to meet regional candidate attraction goals, ensuring profiles are properly matched.
- Develop recruitment strategies with the team to meet monthly/project hiring targets.
- Implement new talent attraction methods to meet hiring goals on time.
- Use social media to position the company in the job market and boost qualified hiring activity.
- Participate in job fairs and talent attraction events.
- Establish agreements with educational institutions to build a professional network for future talent development.
- Explore new recruitment routes, both local and remote, based on operational needs.
- Guide, train, and support team members to foster learning and career growth.
- Manage the iCIMS system for administrative and operational hiring processes.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company guidelines.
- Enforce recruitment policies, processes, and standards.
- Coordinate hiring processes with the HR team.
- Coordinate onboarding with department heads.
- Stay updated on headcount and inform recruiters of hiring changes to adjust work plans.
- Attend departmental meetings to report recruitment results.
- Prepare attraction and hiring reports for the Recruitment and Selection Management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Knowledge:
- Skilled in managing local and remote teams.
- Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews, competency-based assessments, and candidate selection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Experience in field recruitment for operational and administrative staff.
- Mapping viable recruitment zones.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles.
- Language: Advanced English (able to hold a conversation).
- Systems: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Social Media: Proficient in using social media for recruitment.
- Travel Availability: Required (50% of working time)
