Responsable de Riesgos Laborales
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
- Asegurar la aplicación y cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos del proceso de Riesgos Laborales, así como normativas aplicables con la finalidad de minimizar las condiciones inseguras, ocurrencia de lesiones al personal interno y externo de la Compañía.
- Responder y reaccionar de manera oportuna ante emergencias, proporcionar soporte y apoyo al área o personas afectadas, realizar las investigaciones y análisis de accidentes no registrables e incidentes
- Organizar los organismos internos: Comisión de Seguridad e Higiene y colaborar con la Unidad Interna de Protección Civil (Brigadas de Emergencia).
- Realizar inspecciones y mediciones del medio ambiente laboral, medición de gases. Y dar seguimiento a los hallazgos y detecciones derivados de las mismas.
- Participar activamente y colaborar en la realización del plan de la capacitación de las brigadas de emergencia apoyando en los apoyos logísticos y su ejecución. Ya que por DP son capitanes de brigada.
- Verificar en conjunto con los supervisores de área que los controles operacionales de seguridad se lleven a cabo en todas las diferentes áreas de la Compañía.
- Detectar, reportar, gestionar la solución y verificar su eficacia al tener hallazgos de actos y condiciones inseguras, capturar datos, analizar información y generar reportes.
- Cumplir y verificar que se ejecuten las actividades de los procedimientos de Riesgos Laborales.
- Autorizar trabajos riesgosos nivel III a contratistas y personal interno aplicando criterios de análisis de riesgos y libranza de áreas conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
- Cumplir con los controles operacionales y administrativos asociados a peligros y riesgos identificados y evaluados de las actividades y operaciones del puesto. Así mismo reportar y gestionar situaciones inseguras o que representen un riesgo.
- Licenciatura Terminada.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en seguridad industrial.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en análisis de datos, autorización de trabajos riesgosos.
- Uso de equipos y sistemas de seguridad.
- Primeros auxilios y asistencia a lesionados y en general brigadas de emergencia.
- Conocimiento de Normatividad STPS y Protección Civil.
- Conocimiento de Ley Federal de Trabajo y Ley del Seguro Social.
