Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Provide support to our clients for Oracle ERP implementations.
- Assist our clients on ERP queries such as system analysis, data bases and server review, to provide solutions.
- Manage contact with managers and stakeholders to define strategies, identify stoppers and solve critical cases.
- Develop an understanding of your product and related domain.
- Automate workflow processes for your team.
- Bachelor's degree on Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Finance Engineering or any IT/Software related fields (must have graduated within the last year only).
- Knowledge in databases (SQL) and troubleshooting (applications and services).
- Preferred: knowledge in financial processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, fixed assets, supply chain (inventory, planning, costs, warehouse, etc).
- A proactive approach to learning new skills, tools, and IT processes/systems.
- A mindset that keeps asking "what if?".
- The agility to abandon traditional ways of thinking and embrace the unknown.
- The creativity, confidence, and passion to share your eureka moments (including failures!).
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
