Your Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate and extend job offers while ensuring alignment with company policies and market competitiveness.
- Maintain and update the candidate tracking system to ensure accurate and timely records of candidate progress.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with HR, diversity, and business leaders to ensure recruitment strategies align with company goals, values, and diversity initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment laws.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a leader in the logistics space.
- Bachelor Degree
- +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Advanced English
- Customer Oriented, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving
- Contract Logistics experience is a plus
