About The Role
As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance and Planning team by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing operational data. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making and process optimization, directly impacting the efficiency and success of our operations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, and improving financial models that reflect operational performance
- Building and maintaining dashboards and automated reports to monitor key operational KPIs
- Collaborating with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure data integrity
- Leading planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes related to operations
- Analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts, providing key explanations of deviations

As a Minimum You Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or similar roles with an operational focus
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
- Knowledge of SAP and Central Finance (CFIN)
- Experience in report and data flow automation
- University degree or equivalent in finance, business, or a related field
- Experience with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
- Familiarity with inventory and sales margin analysis
- Knowledge of financial compliance and auditing practices
