- Lead the end-to-end MOM/MES transformation initiative from strategy through execution.
- Develop and manage the global project plan, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and effective resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership.
- Drive the selection process for a global MOM/MES solution through RFI/RFP evaluation, vendor assessment, and technical due diligence.
- Ensure selected solutions align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and scalability requirements.
- Define and validate technical specifications and integration with ERP, PLM, and other systems.
- Lead global workshops to define and align manufacturing processes, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Document and drive adoption of standard operating models and best practices across sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the selected solution provider(s).
- Manage scope, deliverables, performance, and alignment to contractual commitments.
- Lead phased global rollouts, ensuring each site is effectively onboarded and supported.
- Develop and execute change management and training strategies to ensure user adoption.
- Coordinate with local plant teams to align deployment with operational readiness and minimize disruption.
- Track and report on program performance, including KPIs, cost, and value delivery.
- Identify lessons learned, drive continuous improvement, and refine deployment models as needed.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, with direct experience in MOM/MES implementations.
- Familiarity with leading MOM/MES platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA, GE, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production systems, and IT/OT convergence.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in multi-site or global manufacturing programs.
- Knowledge of ISA-95 and digital manufacturing standards.
- Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and drive alignment across global teams.
- Results-driven with a focus on quality, timeliness, and business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- (30 -40%) International travel required to support global site engagement and deployments.
