What You´ll Do

  • Defines, drives implementation and governs regional E2E processes, management tools & projects to drive standardization and simplification in Sales, Marketing & Education operations, to maximize performance and cost efficiency, in line with business strategy to support growth and profitability
  • Change management, driving projects & end-to-end process optimization and implementation of best practices in Sales, Marketing & Education
  • Drives continuous process improvement and development of tools and systems enabling enhanced process automation in respective processes, including compliance topics and the appropriate governance model
  • Monitors and manages new process setup to match new business needs in collaboration with local/sub-regional business areas and Key experts
  • Drives automation to increase speed, reliability and to increase share of variable cost over fixed cost
  • Drives best practice transfer across country / sub-regions and supports continuous reduction of complexity
  • Conducts benchmarking of processes or practice within the industry
  • Ensure Governance & Compliance are fulfilled by defining lean monitoring dynamics & collaborating with GM`s & Regional Managers
  • Lead & coordinate together with GBS+ service set up for the Business. From evaluation, scope & process definition, implementation and afterwards oversees service delivery (service owner)
  • Act as a project management champion being the first point of contact for business project leads for guidance on PM functions

  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
