Product Lifecycle Manager
The PLM Manager is responsible for evaluating, creating, maintaining and completing the process of Product Discontinuance and Aging Inventory. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the all-product transition, discontinuance and aging inventory. This position is accountable for ensuring smooth transition of all water products, discontinue products as needed, and managing aging inventory in a way that minimize finished good scrap and raw materials waste.

Product Lifecycle Manager
The PLM Manager is responsible for evaluating, creating, maintaining and completing the process of Product Discontinuance and Aging Inventory. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the all-product transition, discontinuance and aging inventory. This position is accountable for ensuring smooth transition of all water products, discontinue products as needed, and managing aging inventory in a way that minimize finished good scrap and raw materials waste.
- Together with Sales lead negotiations with customers regarding new and existing SKUs, to guarantee customer’s satisfaction and trust.
- Keep a close relationship suppliers to ensure quality best practices and on-time delivery, optimize costs and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure internal alignment of Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics Teams regarding new product development to facilitate and enable fast and accurate flow of information for decision making.
- Monitors master data and Design Teams’ performance, ensuring a low turnover ratio and high employee satisfaction metrics, by developing a multidisciplinary and effective team.
- Ensures optimal process workflow to minimize opportunity cost, capitalize market opportunities and guarantee product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management for new products releases.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP or any ERP.
- Advanced proficiency in English (must)
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
