Warehouse Control System Integration System Specialist

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a WCS Integration Specialist to design, implement, and manage integrations between WMS (Blue Yonder) and WCS systems. Experience with large-scale projects, strong technical skills, and a passion for digitalization are essential.

You will be responsible for the technical integration of Warehouse Management System with Warehouse Control Systems in an automated warehouse context of a global organization to create technically stable and best-in-class automation solutions for our customers.

How you create impact

• Provide support and consultancy on WCS (Warehouse Control System) integration during the tender and project phases
• Coordinate interface implementation and communication between WMS and WCS
• Technical design of WCS integration and define acceptance criteria
• Manage the WCS integration platform, technical setup and deployments considering secured compliance rules of Kuehne+Nagel
• Create and run test scripts and scenarios for various testing phases
• Train and coach colleagues within Kuehne+Nagel
• Define non-functional requirements
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Extensive experience in warehouse automation and logistics processes
• In-depth expertise in WCS (Warehouse Control System) integration and comprehensive knowledge of WCS systems
• Profound knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System), especially Blueyonder WMS
• Strong technical understanding and experience in large-scale projects
• Interest in new technologies in automation and digitalization
• Fluent oral and written English language skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally
