About The Role

The Quality Manager - New Product Development, leads the quality strategy for new product development projects, ensuring all deliverables are met from design through launch. While execution is driven by plant teams, this role is responsible for validating progress and providing direct support when needed to close gaps and secure project success.

Education

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, with at least 3 years in NPI or product launches.

Proven experience applying APQP methodology in product and process introductions.

Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives and managing quality-related projects.

Experience in manufacturing industries (e.g., HVAC, automotive, aerospace).

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (8D, A3, DMAIC).

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills to influence across functions and levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Other Requirements

Advanced English (spoken and written).

Willingness to travel as needed.
