About The Role
Development and implementation of manufacturing processes supported by current available technology, using alternative resources aimed at obtaining innovative solutions for production lines, as well as minimizing response times in the implementation of new projects and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manufacturing systems from concept to stable production
- Integrate product, process, safety, quality, and operations requirements in equipment and machinery development
- Develop future-state machinery/process plans using current technologies
- Execute project changes ensuring PCR (Project Change Request) compliance
- Collaborate with area manufacturing engineer to create a sustainability system for executed projects (documentation, tooling, procedures)
- Develop new technology applications with suppliers based on company needs
As a minimum you must have:
- Execution and planning of key projects
- 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, process, or maintenance
- Experience in HVAC manufacturing processes
- Manual and automatic welding (autobrazing)
- Knowledge of aluminum and copper welding (automatic)
- High vacuum helium leak testing
- Refrigerant charging systems (Serv-I-quip, Agrawko, LSI)
- Experience in test routines, run tests, electrical tests
- Development and interpretation of vacuum systems
- Automatic paint booths
- CAD
- Problem-solving methodologies
- Practical ergonomics for production line applications.
