Ensure effective execution of passport phases for the introduction of new product options under the VIPER project, including defining work methods, SAP parameterization, and meeting industrial engineering deliverables.

About The Role
Ensure effective execution of passport phases for the introduction of new product options under the VIPER project, including defining work methods, SAP parameterization, and meeting industrial engineering deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
As a Industrial Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Support all phases of the passport process for new product introductions.
- Define work methods based on product, process, and safety requirements.
- Parameterize materials and logistics in SAP.
- Create and update visual aids and standard work documentation.
- Train personnel on new or updated processes.
- Manage layouts and line balancing.
- Lead productivity improvement projects.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with NPI, quality, manufacturing, and production teams.

As a Minimum You Must Have
2+ years of experience in industrial engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IMA, IME, Automation, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in:
- Time and motion studies
- Problem-solving tools (A3, 5S, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Drawing interpretation (AutoCAD)
- Lean Manufacturing (VSM, TPM, 7D, standard work)
- SAP – MES
- Preferred: Creo Parametric
- Valid passport and visa preferred
- Teamwork
- Effective communication
- Leadership
- Sense of urgency
