Role Overview

The SIOP Sr. Product Manager is responsible for the implementation and sustainment of SIOP digital solutions such as Kinaxis. This role operates globally across all business units and plays a key part in driving digital transformation within the planning function.

• Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements and proposes Digital solutions.
• Manages the team that configures, develops, tests and deploys new and existing systems for optimal use.
• Oversees the development of trainings on systems for relevant end users.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SIOP solutions (e.g., Kinaxis).
• Conduct functional assessments and collaborate with SI partners.
• Gather and analyze requirements to shape the product roadmap.
• Ensure that digital capabilities align with and fulfill business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and enhance digital product standards.
• Serve as the digital lead for SIOP solution enablement and standardization.
• Provide architectural documentation and governance in coordination with the Design Authority.
  
  

Scope Of Services

• Global coverage across all business units.
• Ownership of product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and sustainment.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in supply chain leadership or a related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in supply chain leadership or a related field.
• 5+ years experience with Agile Methodologies.
• 3+ years as a SIOP Product Owner.
• 3+ years experience in demand planning solutions.
• 1+ years of experience in implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse (highly preferred) or similar software (BlueYonder, Anaplan, Logility).
• Proficient in Jira or similar IT Project Management tools.
• Requires management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
