Sustainability and Climate Client Service Intern

Your Team Responsibilities

The main role for this position is to assist the ESG CS team by helping solve client queries regarding our suite of ESG Products as well as preparing information for internal control and analyzing data. The role also includes strategic support activities such as preparing presentations, dashboards, handling clients requests, acknowledging cases, and actively participating in presentations and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Solving client queries related to our Sustainability & Climate Products.
• Support on the administrative tasks of the S&C CS team.
• Prepare and work on designated projects and recurrent tasks determined by the CS members.
• Participate on designated recurrent projects for the Coverage organization.
• This is a 1-year internship as minimum.
  
  

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel

• Excellent English Communication Skills. A must. Able to speak fluently over the phone and in written format.
• Graduation date: December 2026 onwards.
• Excellent MS Office skills, mainly Excel, additional data processing skills desired.
