About The Role
As aQuality Management Systems Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Your efforts will directly impact our customers by ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
As aQuality Management Systems Leader, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the effective implementation and integration of CX/ISO systems and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) requirements.
- Establishing a dynamic operating system and a strong organizational culture by defining, implementing, and standardizing key plant systems.
- Overseeing the Quality Management System and managing internal and external audits.
- Driving the implementation of all Carrier Excellence (CX) system elements and acting as a change agent.
- Facilitating problem-solving using methodologies such as 8Ds, A3, and PDCA, and promoting standardized work practices.
- Defining, communicating, and training plant personnel on problem-solving methodologies.
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Monitoring the continuous improvement program through Lean tools, including:
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- 5S
- KANBAN
- POKA-YOKE
- KAIZEN
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Lean Events
We are looking for a proactive, structured, and results-driven professional with a passion for quality and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, IMA, IME, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing and quality environments.
- Proven experience implementing systems such as WCM or IATF.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement events.
- Experience with process change and innovation initiatives.
- Experience coordinating continuous improvement projects focused on cost and variation reduction.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
- Experience with digital tools for quality and process monitoring.
