About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and analyticalProcurement Specialistto join our team in Santa Catarina. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring material availability and supplier performance, helping us maintain production continuity and deliver excellence to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As AProcurement Specialist, You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing material planning for production lines, including urgent sequence changes and line stoppage resolution.
  • Monitoring supplier performance (CPSD, Attainment, OTD) and driving improvements.
  • Leading direct purchasing activities and supplier negotiations.
  • Using ERP systems (preferably SAP) for purchasing and inventory control.
  • Collaborating with suppliers through portals (open orders, forecasts, deliveries).
  • Applying LeanDNA for inventory and part number tracking.
  • Escalating and containing supplier issues to ensure production continuity.

As a Minimum You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in materials planning or purchasing in manufacturing
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience with LeanDNA
  • Knowledge of HVAC products and measurement tools
  • Familiarity with import/export processes and supplier portals
