Ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of production operations within the flavor manufacturing plant, meeting Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost targets through strong team leadership, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Guarantee operational continuity, production plan compliance, and talent development, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational performanceKey responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end plant operations, including production, material flow, and internal supply chain Promote and sustain a strong safety culture based on prevention, discipline, and employee engagement Ensure full compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Deliver production plan performance 97%, ensuring on-time and reliable output Drive initiatives to reduce waste below 3% and improve operational efficiency Manage and optimize cost per kilogram ( 0.5 USD/kg) through productivity improvements Reduce internal rejects and rework through continuous improvement practices Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards (HACCP / GMP) Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects Develop team capabilities, strengthening technical skills and leadership pipeline Oversee performance management, proactively identifying and solving operational deviations Support plant scalability and growth, ensuring readiness for multi-shift operations expansionQualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Food Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Operations or Manufacturing (preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years leading manufacturing operations.
- Experience in food, flavor, ingredients industry.
- Proven experience managing multi-shift operations.
- Strong background in KPIs management and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading complex teams or cross-functional projects at a managerial level.
