Onboarding Project Manager

Mapal Group is looking for a CDMX based Onboarding Project Manager to join our GTM-CS ONBOARDING team!

The Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for assigning and managing all customer implementation projects for the business. This role reports into the Project Management Office (PMO) Team Lead and as part of the PMO under the Onboarding organisation, will orchestrate the Onboarding Consultants and members of the other departments internally with each project to ensure maximum utilization and a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role requiring a highly self-motivated and solutions-oriented individual.

Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Perform risk management to mitigate any risks.

Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyse completion and utilization rate.

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members.

Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Requirements

Proven working experience in project management.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Dynamics.

Knowledge in the project management tool Asana or in another project management software.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Multi-lingual at business proficiency level is a requirement to be able to handle technical conversations (English, Spanish, French).
