Transaction Consultant – Corporate Real Estate(Mandarin & English)
About the Role
Weare looking for a Transaction Consultant to support corporate real estate operations for a global client. This is aunique opportunity for candidates with strongMandarin and English skills , even if they are at an early stage in theircareer.
Flexible work model : remote, hybrid, or onsite
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location : Not restricted to Mexico City
Key Requirements Advanced Mandarin (required) Advanced English (required) Bachelor’s degree completed Open to recent graduates No previous work experience required
What You’ll Do Support and document end-to-end real estate transactions Track and follow up on lease expirations across LATAM (e.g., Buenos Aires and other locations) Help structure and maintain visibility of the LATAM real estate portfolio Contribute to market analysis and strategic planning Provide insights on market conditions, trends, and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
