Job Summary
The Intern provides support for day-to-day activities within the assigned function while gaining practical experience in a professional workplace environment. The role focuses on learning standard operational processes, safety practices, and quality requirements while contributing to team and organizational efficiency.

Education & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field.

Objetives:

Develop automated files (Excel/Power BI) for recurring reports.

• Updated files for key reports
• Support in presentations and data consolidation for the team

Support in inventory and materials analysis.

• Updated metrics dashboard
• Inventory tracking report for planning

Develop analytical processes for planning and continuous improvement within the area.

• Documentation of operational processes
Automated files (Excel/Power BI) for recurring reports

Knowledge:

1. Excel skills (basic to intermediate level)
Basic formulas, pivot tables, formatting, and reporting

2. Basic knowledge of supply chain processes

3. Data analysis and attention to detail
Data review and validation, organization of information to support decision-making
