• Directly oversee and coach the MRP/MPS Planner responsible for converting demand into executable production, purchasing, transfer, and inventory plans
• Directly manage and develop Buyer supporting production, inventory, and MRO purchasing activities
• Provide enterprise-wide oversight of warehouse and inventory accuracy across all locations.
• Directly manage warehouse operations for the Mexico facility
• Act as the primary supply chain escalation point supporting global customer fulfillment and service reliability.
• Lead and develop supply chain team members with clear accountability and performance metrics
• Serve as the business owner for supply‑chain‑related ERP functionality (MRP, planning worksheets, purchasing, inventory, warehouse modules)
• Global customer service level and on-time delivery performance

Experiencia y requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field. Masters Degree a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials management, or operations
• Proven leadership experience managing planners, buyers, and/or warehouse teams
• Deep, practical expertise in MRP/MPS within a manufacturing environment
• Strong ERP experience (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Bi-Lingual, English and Spanish.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)
