Your Role

As a Mid-Level Business Analyst at Capgemini, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and translated into effective solutions. You will contribute to delivering high-quality projects across industries while supporting digital transformation initiatives in the Mexican market

Your Profile

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and partners to align on project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Facilitate communication across workstreams by tracking action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
• Document and maintain project artifacts, including meeting minutes, status updates, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Support requirements gathering and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable deliverables for project teams.
• Monitor project progress and support implementation using tools like Jira, Smartsheets, and SharePoint, including contributing to training and change adoption efforts.
