Part-Time Janitor Chihuahua, MX $4,805 MXN/month 20 hours/week A janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance of buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
Janitors perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure buildings are safe, hygienic, and well-maintained. Typical duties include:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors
• Cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and public areas, including dusting, sanitizing, and restocking supplies
• Emptying trash cans, removing debris, and managing waste disposal
• Washing windows, walls, and furniture
• Performing minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and basic equipment repairs
• Outdoor maintenance, including sweeping walkways, and clearing outdoor waste bins
• Inspecting property for safety hazards and reporting major maintenance issues

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical stamina and strength to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work independently or in small teams, sometimes during non-traditional business hours
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of Mexican Occupational Health and Safety Framework or other safety and sanitation credentials
