Your Job

As a Senior Recruiter supporting Molex operations in Nogales, you will deliver end-to-end recruiting for a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to attract, assess, and hire contribution-motivated talent while maintaining a strong bar for candidate experience, process discipline, and ethical hiring practices.

In this role, you will bring a clear recruiting point of view-using market insights, data, and business understanding to challenge assumptions that unnecessarily narrow talent pools and to help leaders make better, faster hiring decisions.

Our Team

You will be part of a collaborative recruiting and HR team supporting Molex operations in Nogales. The team works closely with leaders across functions to forecast talent needs, prioritize critical roles, and continuously improve how the organization attracts and selects talent in alignment with Koch's business philosophy.
What You Will Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting (end - end) for professional, technical, and operations roles, aligning early with hiring leaders on outcomes, competencies, and selection approach.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles by combining business understanding, external market insights, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Influence hiring teams by sharing what you see in the market, recommending trade-offs, and helping broaden candidate pools when appropriate.
  • Screen and assess candidates using consistent, job-relevant criteria; coordinate structured interview plans and support interviewers in effective evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate requisition, pipeline, and decision documentation; ensure timely follow-up and strong candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness, reduce cycle time, and strengthen selection quality through continuous learning.
  • Uphold compliance, confidentiality, and respectful hiring practices at all stages of the recruiting and selection process.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting for professional and/or technical roles in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute sourcing plans to create sustainable candidate pipelines for priority roles.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring leaders to clarify role needs, align on selection criteria, and drive timely decisions.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting process controls, documentation, and consistent assessment in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Ability to use external market insights (talent availability, competitors, location dynamics) to shape recruiting strategy and challenge restrictive assumptions constructively.
  • Experience recruiting across engineering, supply chain, quality, production supervision, and/or skilled technical talent pools.
  • Comfort operating in organizational complexity-managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and second-order impacts while maintaining strong follow-up.
  • Experience improving hiring processes (funnel health, interview readiness, cycle time, candidate experience) through continuous improvement.
