Financial Analyst

The Financial Analysis Specialist is responsible for the implementation of SIS methodology for loss deployment domain, providing operation management with financial analysis of daily, weekly and monthly operating results, besides validation and follow up to VCP saving projects in plant.

Strategic functions:

a) Implementation of SIS methodology for loss deployment.

b) Weekly meetings to review stratifications of the losses and projects implementation as well as savings.

c) Synergy with all departments (productive and non-productive areas: Staff, BIW, TCF, PTS, MLM, Quality and VPE).

Operational functions:

a) Data collection deployment, with stratification of losses by root cause.

b) Daily review of projects, validating the efficiency of the savings and the timing.

c) Execute month-end financial processes.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of laboral experience - 18 months of core Manufacturing Finance or Accounting experience.

Carrer: University Graduate

Special Requirements: Manufacturing Finance Process (Budget Profit, Standard Budget, Actual / Forecast and IFR), Accounting (GSAP), Financial Statements and Cost.

Technical Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft office package including Power-BI and Copilot

Languages: English - Upper intermediate / Advanced
