We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to join our team in a cut-and-sew apparel manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for forecasting product demand, ensuring accurate production planning, and aligning raw material availability with order schedules. The ideal candidate has experience in apparel manufacturing, strong Excel or ERP planning skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, make-to-order environment.

Experiencia y requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in apparel or consumer goods manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cut-and-sew operations, Bill of Materials (BOM), and production routings.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite experience preferred), and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sourcing, production, and sales teams.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
