For this role, you must be physically located in the Americas. Although this is a remote position, we will not consider candidates outside these regions as the job requires communication with customers during local business hours. You will be working full-time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri) in the UTC-7 time zone (typically from 8:00/9:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM).

We’re scaling internationally and for this we’re looking for a remotely based Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team.


What you will be doing

  • In this dual role, you are the backbone of our customer relations. You will guide clients through their buying journey, from their first question to closing the deal and providing after-sales support.
    • Customer Support: Support customers by answering their questions and solving problems via mail and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • Inside Sales: Actively develop relationships with new customers and retain current accounts. You help potential clients see why they will benefit from putting their trust in Tameson as their industrial supplier.
    • Process Optimization: Proactively identify and propose improvements by leveraging software tools and AI to optimize your own workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales engineers on technical questions and with our product and marketing teams to share customer feedback, thereby contributing to the further development of Tameson’s products and services.Note: A background in fluid control or industrial products is an asset. We will fully train you and teach you everything you need to know!


Your profile

  • This position is a perfect match if you enjoy a dynamic mix of helping people and commercial relationship building.
    • You genuinely enjoy talking to people, helping them with their questions, and turning a support ticket into a sales opportunity.
    • You have a logical mind, a tech-savvy attitude, and the ability to learn about technical products quickly so you can advise customers confidently.
    • A plus, but not required: A degree or previous work experience in a technical or e-commerce environment is a great advantage.
    • You are customer-oriented, commercial-minded, and always able to find the optimum win-win solution for both the customer and Tameson.
    • You have an affinity with e-commerce and you’re highly interested in digital process improvements and automation.
    • Language skills: Fluency in English, one additional language (Spanish, German, or French) is an asset.
    • You take ownership, are able to work full-time independently from home, and enjoy working in an international, dynamic team.
