Contract Analyst

The contract analyst will be responsible for:

• Review and draft agreements, mainly related to service contracts, identifying clauses that may pose risks to the company.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in meetings to negotiate contractual clauses, especially related to REPSE in service agreements.
• Provide support to the service and sales team with corporate documentation.
• Manage guarantees required in service contracts.
• Serve as a key interface between the business and the corporate legal department.

Basic Qualifications
Good writing and communication skills
Advance English
Bachelor’s degree in law
