YOUR TASKS

• Manage and execute sourcing activities for assigned categories, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
  
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes in alignment with company strategies
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business continuity and performance improvement
  
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support project requirements
  
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and sustainability targets

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  
• Background in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain - electronic components
  
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  
• Solid analytical mindset with experience in cost breakdowns and market analysis
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities in an international environment
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools
  
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
